Refund Policy

At Aromatherapy Drops, we offer a 30-day return policy for our customers.

This means that you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return for your item.

To be eligible for a return, you will need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@aromatherapydrops.com.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Please note that the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you have any issues or concerns with your order, such as receiving a damaged or defective item, or receiving the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@aromatherapydrops.com so that we can address the issue and make it right.

Please note that sale items are not eligible for return, and the fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new item.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and applied to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
